StackCertified is our own internal assessment, run on real agency work. Every operator passes role-specific tests, AI workflow proof, and communication simulations before they ever meet you. It is not a third-party or vendor certification.
The 4-Part Assessment Process
We don't just interview. We test for the skills that matter to agencies: practical execution, AI fluency, and async communication.
Role-Specific Practical Test
Timed, hands-on tests for each role: Klaviyo email builds, ad account QA audits, Shopify bugfixes. Not generic assessments — real agency work.
Example Tasks
- Build a 3-email abandoned cart flow in Klaviyo (45 min)
- QA an ad account for UTM/pixel issues (30 min)
- Fix a Shopify theme bug from a client ticket (60 min)
AI Workflow Proof
We require proof of AI-assisted work: prompt → output → edits → final deliverable. We hire operators, not button-pushers.

Communication Simulation
Async-first communication matters. We test for Loom recording, written updates, and escalation messaging.
