Staff Stack
Stack Academy

StackCertified isn't a test. It's a habit.

AI tools change every month. So does our training. Stack Academy is the ongoing program that keeps operators certified, current, and safe on the AI stack your work actually runs on.

Five pillars

Role-specific curriculum
Every role has its own prompt library, AI tool playbook, and workflow SOPs — reviewed quarterly and versioned as tools change.
Weekly prompt drills
Operators run real agency briefs against their role's prompt library every week. We review the output against your quality bar, not a multiple-choice test.
Tool rollout playbooks
When a tool ships a new feature (Klaviyo AI, Meta Advantage+, Shopify AI), operators get a playbook within the week — tested, documented, and pushed to all active placements.
Ethics + safe use module
Brand-voice guardrails, hallucination checks, PII handling, and escalation rules. Mandatory for every operator before first placement, refreshed twice a year.
Recertification cadence
StackCertified isn't a one-time badge. Every operator re-runs the certification for their role every six months against an updated rubric.

Core curriculum

  • Prompt engineering for agency work (not for chatbots)
  • Verification + hallucination-check workflows
  • Brand-voice guardrails — how to keep AI in your voice, not its own
  • PII + client-data handling with AI tools
  • Escalation rules: when AI output must go to a human
  • Tool-specific workflows: Klaviyo AI, Claude, Meta Advantage+, Copilot, and more
  • QA checklists that assume AI was involved
  • Plain-English reporting: making the 'why' legible to a strategist
